Cripps

Back in 1878, a man by the name of William Cripps opened Tasmania’s first commercial bakery. Today, that little bakery has grown to employ over 200 people – all proudly continuing the Cripps tradition of baking by Tasmanians, for Tasmanians. 

 Over 140 years of expertise goes into making our products. Bread and wraps, rolls and crumpets – you crave it, we bake it! 

 One thing all our products have in common is their exceptional quality. Not only are our bakers meticulous and incredibly passionate people, but we also work within strict food safety and handling guidelines – such as HACCP.
