Our purpose is to serve the community through multiple genres of movement through Fitness & the Arts.
We offer specific yoga practices, Mat Pilates, Dance Cardio training as part of our fitness timetable and we offer intro dance classes (Beginner level) for those who want to learn how to move, feel the rhythm and release those amazing endorphins that are so good for your overall health & wellbeing.
The second timetable is for our performance students who train for performance and an opportunity to work in the industry as artists, we offer dance & vocal training at present.
