About the expert
Professor Ecker’s research focuses on the effects of misinformation on memory, reasoning, and behaviour. Currently based at the University of Western Australia, he has published over 100 articles and advised institutions like Facebook, Australian and German courts, and international government bodies on misinformation and public policy.
